Job Summary

Seeking an IT Technical Systems Support Analyst, the full-time position will focus on managing incident and change requests, providing technical support to users, and ensuring compliance with IT governance policies while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to business and technical tickets, managing incident and change requests effectively
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and support compliance with best practices and standards
  • Document system specifications and manage the ticket intake system for the hosted solution (ClaimsXM)
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree with at least seven years of IT experience, or a minimum of seven years in an IT support position without a degree
  • Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery is required
  • Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets is a plus
  • Experience with MS SQL Server permissions and access levels is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
