IT Technical Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training curriculum for its IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create training material and documentation, including presentations and eLearning modules
• Develop partnerships with business teams and product owners
• Facilitate virtual training sessions for IT staff, including onboarding and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design/Training/Learning Technology or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience with technical or business writing
• Familiarity with project management software such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Jira
• Understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Theory
