Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Writer to support a high-profile Department of Veterans Affairs program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and architectural documentation for Power Platform/D365 solutions
• Translate complex cloud integration and security configurations into comprehensive guides
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to document system configurations and lifecycle updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
• 7+ years in technical writing for IT or federal systems
• Experience documenting Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 solutions
• Familiarity with document control platforms and CMS tools
• Strong understanding of user roles, security setup, and cloud-based platform documentation
