Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Writer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, review, and update existing IT documentation, including SOPs and installation guides
• Rewrite legacy documents to enhance readability and alignment with current processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and updated information

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT or infrastructure-focused environment
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Experience updating outdated or legacy documentation
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure terminology and systems
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence and MS Word
