Job Summary

Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, the full-time IT Technician will maintain and improve the Microsoft cloud environment and end-user systems while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair IT systems while documenting procedures and communicating effectively with staff
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Exchange Online, and other related systems, including performing migrations and managing user profiles
  • Provide end-user support, mentor junior team members, and participate in special IT projects such as SharePoint restructuring
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support within a Microsoft-based environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Windows 10/11 administration
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, and Microsoft licensing
  • Proficiency in supporting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
