Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician (Remote - CST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 support for all end users both remotely and in person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to various operating systems and software
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees globally
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting end users both in-person and remotely, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, or Ping Identity
  • Significant experience providing software support to Windows and macOS users
  • Background in IT support within a startup or SaaS environment
  • Practical understanding of networking and troubleshooting wireless networks
