Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Technician I to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, including network connectivity and hardware diagnostics
- Document issues and follow established guidelines to troubleshoot IT problems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
- Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident and problem management
