Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician I to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, including network connectivity and hardware diagnostics
  • Document issues and follow established guidelines to troubleshoot IT problems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
  • Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
  • Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident and problem management
