Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Technician - Telephony.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level support for telephony applications and assist Medical Information staff with IT-related issues
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony hardware and systems
- Create and update technical documentation and support project teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required; B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT support role
- Experience with Cisco, Genesys, or NiCE contact center platforms preferred
- CompTIA Network+ Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes
