Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician - Telephony.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level support for telephony applications and assist Medical Information staff with IT-related issues
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony hardware and systems
  • Create and update technical documentation and support project teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Experience with Cisco, Genesys, or NiCE contact center platforms preferred
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes
