Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing IT Service Management processes, the full-time remote IT Technology Analyst II will manage system enhancements, create project specifications, and facilitate end-user training while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Defines and documents requirements for system enhancements and resolves deficiencies
- Creates project specifications and analyzes trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Develops comprehensive test plans and provides advanced guidance for testing and validation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge with two years of technical support experience
- Proficiency in developing conceptual sketches, wireframes, and visual mock-ups
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Information Technology in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
