IT Technology Services Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time IT Technology Services Senior Specialist will support large and strategic customers in optimizing their investments in SAP ECS while working remotely from Newtown Square, PA.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate technical discussions with customers and coordinate expert resources to address their needs
• Analyze customer technical requirements and develop tailored cloud roadmaps covering infrastructure, security, and compliance
• Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews to track progress against cloud architecture and resolution plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience
• Four years of experience in SAP Basis administration and technical consulting
• Experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation
• Familiarity with SAP product portfolio and hyperscaler clouds such as AWS, MS Azure, or GCP
• Proven ability to implement SAP solutions in a cloud environment
