Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Telephony Admin responsible for providing 2nd line support related to IT and communications equipment, focusing on Telephony Services and Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain telephone hardware and systems
  • Manage client phone line setups, changes, and terminations
  • Create and update technical documentation and asset inventory information
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree (2-year degree) required; BS/BA in Computer Science preferred
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in an IT support role
  • Knowledge of Backup and Recovery of telephony systems
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+ and MCDST for Windows 10 Pro
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery processes
