IT Trainer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Trainer will design and develop curriculum for various operational teams, create training content for new hires and ongoing employee development, and serve as the subject matter expert in instructional design and learning technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training curriculum for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center organizations
• Create engaging content for new hire training and ongoing employee development across multiple groups
• Apply adult learning theories to deliver impactful training programs and develop technical software training

Required qualifications

• Proficiency with Articulate Suite (Storyline & Rise)
• Experience with demand planning tools (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to develop technical training content for software applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
