IT Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Defense Logistics Agency, the full-time remote IT Training Specialist will develop and provide training on computer hardware and application software, conduct research for course development, and prepare instructional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT training courses and workshops for end users
• Conduct research to create and update training programs and materials
• Prepare instructor and student materials, including manuals and completion certificates

Required qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in training or information systems development
• Relevant Information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a recognized authority
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) clearance
