Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT User Support Analyst II responsible for managing and optimizing identity and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and support Microsoft 365 back-end platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID
- Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and mailboxes while configuring security and compliance features
- Administer on-prem Active Directory and manage hybrid identity environments using Azure AD Connect
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- ITIL Foundations and Microsoft 365 Product Certifications
