IT Vendor Engagement Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with IT leadership, the full-time IT Vendor Engagement Analyst will manage vendor relationships, oversee contract lifecycle activities, and develop performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen vendor governance and contract management through performance tracking and compliance assurance
• Support contract lifecycle activities including analysis, pricing evaluations, and renewal planning
• Identify process improvements and implement streamlined workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT vendor management experience preferred
• Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and contract negotiations
• Strong ability to evaluate vendor capabilities and develop performance metrics
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues
