Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and offboarding
• Identify and escalate vendor performance issues while maintaining documentation and communication
• Lead contract management processes, including negotiations and alignment with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Vendor Management or a related role
• Experience in managing performance metrics and analyzing SLA performance
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a tech environment
• Ability to build relationships and credibility with internal and external partners
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff
