A company is looking for a Technology IT Vendor Management Analyst (Remote - EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an IT vendor management program aligned with corporate goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet IT vendor management objectives
• Enhance service quality through performance monitoring and feedback, while driving cost savings through contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years in IT roles, with at least 3+ years in IT Vendor Management
• Strong understanding of IT procurement, vendor governance, and operational processes
• Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare regulations preferred
• Experience with SaaS solutions and knowledge of cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS
