IT Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing strategic technology vendor relationships, the contract IT Vendor Management Analyst will manage vendor performance, ensure contract compliance, and act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors, consulting partners, and SaaS providers
• Coordinate vendor performance, service delivery, issue resolution, and escalations
• Track SLAs, KPIs, contract obligations, and vendor performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, Technology Program Management, or Strategic Sourcing experience
• Experience managing enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS vendors
• Strong understanding of IT contracts, SLAs, licensing, and vendor governance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within complex enterprise technology environments
