IT Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

Managing complex IT vendor relationships, the full-time remote IT Vendor Management Analyst III will negotiate high-value contracts, enhance vendor management processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of IT vendor management strategies to maximize ROI and operational efficiency
• Manage IT vendor performance evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Develop comprehensive metrics and reporting mechanisms for executive-level decision making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, procurement, information systems, or a related field
• 4 years of progressive experience in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, or procurement operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in vendor management systems and advanced reporting tools
• Extensive experience in contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluation
