IT Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IT Vendor Management & Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT vendor contracts, including onboarding, renewals, and terminations
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT vendors, monitoring performance and driving corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Legal to align vendor strategies with business needs and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or Business required
• Master's degree in Business preferred
• Eight (8) years or more in Sourcing or Procurement/Finance related roles required
• Strong product background and/or industry knowledge required
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
