IT Vendor Management Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Vendor Management Program Manager to lead the execution of their third-party risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain third-party risk standards and governance practices in collaboration with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Conduct vendor due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection standards
• Manage third-party risk documentation and reporting, including vendor inventory and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in vendor risk management, procurement, or third-party compliance, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services
• Understanding of third-party risk management lifecycle and relevant regulatory guidance (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, BSA/AML)
• Proven track record of managing vendor assessments and maintaining audit-readiness
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or equivalent practical experience
