Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Vendor Management / Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and internal business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor services with business needs and resolve service gaps
• Lead vendor discussions regarding performance, expectations, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems administration, or a related field
• 8 years of experience managing vendor and supplier relationships in IT services
• Prior experience negotiating with suppliers and managing strategic vendor initiatives
• Ability to track and negotiate contract requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Experience in leading with informal authority to achieve organizational objectives
