IT Vendor Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Vendor Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vendor strategy, sourcing, and contract lifecycle management across key IT categories
• Develop and execute proactive contract negotiation strategies to reduce costs and improve service
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage performance against SLAs and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
• 5 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, or contract negotiation, preferably in IT
• Strong knowledge of IT contract structures and risk/compliance considerations
• Proven ability to build consensus and influence across functions and leadership levels
• Experience in global environments with distributed teams is a plus
