IT Vendor Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of vendor engagements, the full-time IT Vendor Relationship Manager will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and award decisions
• Analyze market trends and total cost of ownership while aligning sourcing plans with business needs
• Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic vendors, developing scorecards and leading regular business reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a SaaS organization
• Proven experience in leading contract negotiations and supplier governance
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodology and cost modeling
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and contract lifecycle platforms
• Broad working knowledge of compute, storage, and networking components
