IT Vendor Relationship Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Vendor Relationship Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with outsourced IT services providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Maintain service quality and address challenges in outsourcing operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance and achieve operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years in vendor management, IT service management, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare IT environment
• 5+ years of experience using service management software, such as ServiceNow
• 5+ years of contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management experience
• Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing and offshore/nearshore models
