Job Summary
To support employee readiness and adoption for technology and process changes, the full-time IT Workforce Enablement Manager will develop practical enablement resources, translate complex information into clear content, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance workforce readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enablement resources such as job aids, guides, and training materials for assigned initiatives
- Translate technical and operational information into user-friendly content that facilitates understanding and task completion
- Coordinate learning and enablement activities, including training logistics and participant communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in workforce enablement, change management, or related functions
- Proven ability to create employee-facing enablement content
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and stakeholders effectively
