ITAD Project Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITAD Project Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Statement of Work (SOW) by receiving and converting partner SOWs into customer-facing formats
• Utilize Salesforce and Agiloft for workflow and contracts management
• Collaborate with the manager and limited third-party ITAD partners, managing a high volume of ITAD requests daily

Required Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operations roles
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Agiloft systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of requests
• Experience in handling SOWs or similar documentation
• Willingness to work in a remote environment
