ITAD Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITAD Sourcing Specialist focused on decommissioned servers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential sources for decommissioned server assets and negotiate purchase agreements
• Conduct evaluations of available assets for refurbishment or recycling and coordinate logistics with the engineering team
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and assessments for compliance and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields with a focus on IT assets preferred
• Strong understanding of electronics, specifically server hardware, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) processes
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
