Italian Gaming Content Moderator

Job Summary

To ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, the hourly Italian Gaming Content Moderator will work remotely, reviewing user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines while managing high volumes of reports and making judgement calls on harmful material.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate reported content, including comments, chats, images, and videos, according to guidelines
• Escalate harmful content and inform supervisors of technical issues or client concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of moderation guidelines and participate in scheduled training sessions

Required qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong reading and listening skills in both languages
• Experience in moderation, community management, or a strong familiarity with gaming platforms
• Proficient in navigating various social media platforms relevant to gaming
• Self-disciplined with the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely
• Comfortable using technology, apps, and online platforms, with a suitable personal device meeting IT requirements
