Freelance Italian Life Sciences Translator will specialize in translating and proofreading documents in the pharmaceutical, personal care, and machinery sectors while working remotely with flexible hours based on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and proofread regulatory leaflets, marketing materials, and technical manuals related to life sciences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of language and terminology trends in the relevant fields
• Collaborate with the linguistic team to ensure quality and accuracy in translations

Required qualifications

• Native Italian speaker with a degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in translation, particularly in life sciences
• Familiarity with CAT tools, especially SDL Studio
• Strong understanding of the target language and culture to effectively convey messages
