Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Italian Language).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal lifecycle for customer maintenance contracts, ensuring high retention and revenue growth
- Generate new business by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customers
- Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
