Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Italian Language).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle for customer maintenance contracts, ensuring high retention and revenue growth
  • Generate new business by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customers
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
