Job Summary
To support a growing teleconsultation service, the part-time Italian-speaking BCBA Director will conduct 1:1 consultations for parents of children with learning and behavioral needs and neurodivergent professionals, focusing on behavior analytic strategies and ongoing client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and neurodivergent professionals, ensuring regular follow-ups
- Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies, the IEP process, and workplace self-advocacy skills
- Log client interactions and respond to messages within one business day, acting as an advocate for parents
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or above
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles
- Bilingual in Italian, with preference for candidates residing in Europe, particularly Italy
