Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic international travel-tech company, the full-time Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative will provide assistance to B2B partners, manage client communications, and utilize CRM systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise clients by taking calls and providing initial support in Italian

Required qualifications
  • Upper Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written Italian
  • Upper Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English
