Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic international travel-tech company, the full-time Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative will provide assistance to B2B partners, manage client communications, and utilize CRM systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients by taking calls and providing initial support in Italian
- Communicate with partners about ongoing cases and provide updates
- Utilize CRM systems and internal databases effectively
Required qualifications
- Upper Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written Italian
- Upper Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach
- Soft skills including kindness, empathy, and stress-resistance
- A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
