Italian-speaking Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Italian-speaking Team Leader to mentor and drive performance within their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily mentoring and coaching to team members to achieve targets
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and improving processes
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in shifts and from Skopje when needed
• Prior experience in QA, RTA, JTL, or Lead CSR/Senior CSR roles is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and exceptional relationship-building skills
