Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 40-minute wellbeing coaching sessions via the platform
• Help clients set and work towards wellbeing and performance goals
• Collaborate with the wider care team and attend regular supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluent in Italian
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in psychology, counselling, coaching, or a similar field
• Experience working with people facing issues such as anxiety or depression
• Hold appropriate accreditation or membership with a recognised professional body
• Willing to obtain professional indemnity insurance
