Job Summary

Supporting the Italian Counsel and European General Counsel, the part-time Italy Licensed Paralegal will manage the closing process, assist with legal due diligence, and organize documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the closing process from start to finish, coordinating with brokers and site owners
• Assist with legal due diligence and oversee the legal and notary process for transactions
• Organize and manage documentation on SharePoint and participate in weekly coordination meetings

Required qualifications

• Licensed Paralegal in Italy
• Experience in managing legal documentation and closing processes
• Familiarity with SharePoint and legal due diligence procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
