Job Summary
Focused on Software Asset Management (SAM) modernization and governance, the full-time ITAM Analyst III will manage the complete software asset lifecycle remotely, ensuring compliance, optimizing software usage, and generating insightful reports.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software licenses, entitlements, contracts, and renewals throughout their lifecycle
- Perform license reconciliation, usage analysis, and compliance reviews to prepare for audits
- Generate reports on license utilization, compliance, and vendor performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ITAM/SAM, with strong knowledge of Flexera
- Proven ability to manage software asset lifecycle from intake to retirement
- Experience in performing compliance reviews and audit preparations
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement
- Excellent coordination and customer service skills in a collaborative environment
