ITAM Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing digital technology practice, the full-time ITAM Solution Architect will design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management processes while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the IT asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and optimize ITAM processes, including asset lifecycle management from procurement to retirement
• Oversee and maintain ITAM solutions, ensuring integration with other service management tools and compliance with ITIL best practices
• Manage the IT asset portfolio, focusing on risk, cost control, governance, and performance objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8 to 12 years of experience in ITAM solution implementation and management
• Hands-on experience with ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, BMC, or Flexera
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software licensing concepts
• Experience with cloud computing systems and enterprise software
