Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITAM solutions using ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process
• Conduct assessments of current ITAM processes, recommend improvements, and stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are highly desirable
• Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect with a focus on IT Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM and HAM implementation
• In-depth knowledge of ITAM principles, software and hardware asset lifecycles, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization related to SAM and HAM modules
• Over 7 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM and SAM preferred
