Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for customers in regulated manufacturing environments
• Help customers balance production needs with IT, security, and regulatory constraints
• Support the definition and validation of manufacturing system architectures within compliance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing environments
• Proven experience operating within strict regulatory or compliance-driven frameworks
• Strong background in live production environments and manufacturing KPIs
• Extensive experience with MES systems and automation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with industrial connectivity approaches and AI tools
