ITAR Compliant Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead technical teams and manage projects in the Advanced Optics division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and collaborate with customers to define and execute program plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor changes in customer requirements and assess their impact on program strategy and execution
• Develop and manage business cases and value propositions while overseeing product testing and evaluation

Required Qualifications and Education

• BS in Engineering (Optical, Mechanical, or related field) or an Associate's Degree with significant relevant experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in executing technical programs
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage program spending, revenue, and resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and project management software
• Experience with Corning's Tollgate process is preferred
