ITAR-Compliant Mainframe Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting an ITAR-compliant client account, the full-time salaried ITAR-Compliant Mainframe Engineer will analyze user requirements, design, build, and test software applications, while providing guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of software products and solutions, ensuring successful project delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Mentor team members and contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar software engineering role
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Ability to provide proof of US citizenship to meet ITAR compliance requirements
