ITAR Proposal Development Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical, operational, and domain expertise for competitive proposal efforts
• Collaborate with capture managers and proposal managers to develop compliant proposal content
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 20 years of experience in proposal development or technical performance for government or large commercial contracts
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert on complex proposals
• U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR compliance
• Ability to qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR regulations
