ITCE Products Manager

Job Summary

Managing ITCE product delivery across the enterprise, the full-time salaried ITCE Products Manager will lead teams, collaborate with various departments, and oversee project strategy and execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and leads teams to achieve organizational goals and aligns product strategies with corporate imperatives
• Recruits, develops, and retains a talented team of IT specialists, fostering collaboration and staff empowerment
• Monitors technical resource capacity, prepares budget plans, and ensures effective prioritization of initiatives with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in clinical, information technology, or related business roles
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Experience serving corporate function's information needs
• ITIL, Epic, or other IT Specialty Certification preferred but not required
