Item Setup Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Item Setup Specialist for a full-time evening shift position, who will manage the creation, enrichment, and maintenance of high-quality product content across various retail and eCommerce platforms, ensuring compliance with established standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, extract, validate, and manage product content according to SOPs and customer requirements
• Research and enrich product information using approved sources, ensuring high-quality content
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve product content inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• Up to 1 year of experience in Product Content Management, eCommerce Operations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of retailer and marketplace content requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent internet research and analytical skills
