ITG Director
Job Summary
To lead the Information Technology Group, the full-time Director II, ITG will oversee technology innovation, ensure alignment of technology systems with business needs, and manage vendor relationships, while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of key ITG components and drive operational efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement technology strategies
- Mentor team members and ensure the security and reliability of technology systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in relevant IT roles
- Experience in providing IT development leadership and formulating transformational roadmaps
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and application integration architecture
- Background in test management and test automation leadership
