ITIL Assessment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manage Engine ITSM - ITIL Assessment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the current ManageEngine deployment and its alignment with ITIL best practices
• Evaluate existing ITSM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement automation strategies and workflow enhancements across ManageEngine modules

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in ManageEngine modules such as ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central
• ITIL Expert/Master certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell
• Proven ability to design and optimize ITSM workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess environments and present recommendations
