ITIL Certified IAM Security Administrator

Job Summary

To support security operations, the full-time ITIL Certified IAM Security Administrator will manage day-to-day security administration tasks, including user ID management and process improvement initiatives, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, deletion, modification, and password resets for user IDs across supported technologies
• Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring timely access removal for terminated workers
• Assist the Service Desk with escalated issues and recommend improvements to streamline security administration processes

Required qualifications

• ITIL certification is mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, OKTA, UNIX, LDAP, Active Directory, and RSA AM VPN/Remote Access
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in developing compliance dashboards and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
