ITIL Certified Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst 3 with experience in the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the transition of report validations from the business and enhance the current validation process
• Convert manual validation processes into automated solutions using Snowflake and Power BI
• Collaborate with Production and Reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree in IT or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in the software development lifecycle
• Strong SQL expertise
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI or other data visualization tools
• ITIL Certificate or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire
