ITIL Certified Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant in the ITSM space.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, standardize, and optimize ITIL Service Management processes for large customer environments
• Plan and lead end-to-end ITSM function and process implementations using ITIL-based tools
• Support process documentation, training, and KPI measurement and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory ITIL certification
• Preferred certifications in CSA and SecOps
• Good understanding of SPM or SecOps modules
• Experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly in designing Scoped Apps
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for process implementation
